Description
Countrywide Bank (a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corporation) seeks to hire a business lawyer with 7+ years of banking operations and regulatory compliance experience to provide legal advice and counsel to management, production divisions, marketing department and all other areas of the bank. Focus will be on deposit operations and consumer lending issues. Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws that govern bank deposit and loan products [is sought]. Excellent analytical ability and effective written, oral and executive communication and presentation skills are essential.

Admission to California Bar or willingness to take California Bar exam. Computer literacy and proficiency required.
