APPLY TO BECOME A LAW STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE:
The Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association is looking to bring on two law student representatives for the 2012-2013 term. The law student representative must be able to:
- Attend monthly SCCLA board meetings (typically first Wednesday of each month)
- Serve as liaison between the SCCLA Board and local APILSA/APALSA boards - not only for your own school!
- Current term is from October through February 1, 2013
Being a law student representative is an excellent way to get involved, give back to the community, and build your network. The representative will have an unique opportunity to interact with the diverse collection of legal practitioners (who work in government, public interest, and small to large law firms) on the SCCLA Board of Governors.
The application deadline is Monday, October 15, at 5 pm. Click here
