Part I, Ethics and Risk Management:
* Tips on navigating potential conflict of interest issues between U.S. project partners, investors, and immigration consultants
* Addressing problems created by the "puffing" of consultants and U.S. business partners
* Identify and troubleshoot compliance issues with the SEC (marketing, referral fees, etc.)
* Red flags of a problematic EB-5 investment and exit strategies for immigration practitioners
* “To go or not to go"- working with immigration consultants in East Asia and the Middle East
* Ethical/practical ways to handle the EB-5 retrogression issue for Chinese investors

Part II, Source of Funds (SOF), Mechanics of a Winning I-526:
* Tips on dealing with SOF for all-cash businesses (common w/ investors from Dubai)
* IPO's new policy on SOF (samples of SOF RFEs issued by the IPO), and tips on how to manage the newer, stricter SOF standard
* Tips on assembling a winning I-526 from any country
* Discussion of IPO approved money transfer arrangements for countries with strict international money transfer controls (e.g. China and Vietnam)
* Post-specific consular processing issues
