Kindly note:

• Early bird pricing ends May 3. 
• Payment options: Check, Zelle, and Venmo are preferred payment methods for sponsorships and advertisements; credit card payments are also accepted. Please see the online registration form for payment information. Respectfully, no refunds are permitted.

• Advertisements must be emailed to rsvp@sccla.org by May 6 to be included in the program materials. Please submit your ad in JPEG format. A full-page ad is 7.5”w x 10”h, and a half-page ad is 7.5”w x 4.75”h. 
  

• If you are a guest of a sponsor (you plan to sit at a sponsor table), please do not purchase an individual ticket. 
  
• Seats that are unoccupied by May 23 may be donated to SCCLA scholarship and fellowship recipients, volunteers, and/or other guests.
